We partially reopened last month for essential services and new car deliveries, but we have now returned to being fully operational.
Under the latest government guidance, car retailers are now able to reopen both their sales and servicing areas, with social distancing and strict hygiene measures in place.
To ensure social distancing procedures are strictly adhered to, we will be ensuring a minimum of two metres between customers, regulating entry in order to avoid overcrowding, and has launched a new at-home service allowing the team to work with customers remotely to answer queries, give quotes and provide in-depth virtual car tours.
Thorough hygiene practises will be maintained, with multiple sanitation stations throughout the showroom, frequent hand washing by all team members and disinfecting of display cars between customers.
The UK government has now given us the green light to recommence sales and servicing. The safety of our customers and colleagues is our utmost priority, which is why we’re introducing a number of new measures to ensure that customers have a safe and pleasant experience when visiting us.
For those who are unable to, or feel uneasy about travelling, at-home appointments are available for consultations and new car enquiries, so we encourage customers to choose this option if they prefer.
The last few months have been challenging to say the least, but we are looking forward to reopening responsibly and once again greeting customers in our showroom to view our fantastic line-up.
