Here at FRF South Wales (Holdings) Limited we take your privacy seriously.

We will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide products and services that you have requested from us. We will contact you, as advised, as well as Toyota and possible other nominated Partner suppliers where necessary to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle. This includes the maintenance of any policies where consent is provided and the replacement of your vehicle and other car care products.

We cross check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made. We track data around your email interaction to understand whether communications have reached you e.g. MOT reminders. We check driver and vehicle profiles including drive time, vehicle age and type of work due to help prioritise customer contact. We combine data from various sources into one place to deliver a more personalised experience to you.

We take steps to ensure that any businesses that we work with have the security protocols and policies in place to manage and record your data privacy and preferences correctly and that your data is stored securely.   • Information that you provide on the G-Forces Customer's website. This information could include your name, address and contact details, for example if you fill in an enquiry form on the G-Forces Customer's website.
  • Web browser information (for example your MAC address, Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser type) and other usage information from the G-Forces Customer's website including geographic location information and page browsing information. This may constitute personal information about you.
  • Information provided to us by G-Forces Customers about you, for example your name, address and contact details.
  • Information contained in and records of communications with you, for example if you initiate or engage in a communication with a G-Forces Customer agent via the G-Forces Customer's website (including live chat or email communications).

We have no control over the privacy practices of G-Forces Customers and you should read the privacy policies of the applicable G-Forces Customer on their website.

For example, we may engage third party service providers to provide technical services for us or for G-Forces Customers. These third parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We may use the information we receive from third parties to supplement, improve and add to our databases of your details.
